HELIUM CHARGE MACHINE
Design and manufacture of a helium gas compressor for leak testing of piping assemblies in refrigeration systems, according to customer requirements.
The system includes a confirmation process to verify whether the piping assembly is in a vacuum state. If not, the machine will automatically create a vacuum and then charge helium gas following the programmed procedure.
The machine features more than 10 test programs, which can be added, modified, or adjusted according to user requirements, including a manual testing mode.
HELIUM RECOVERY MACHINE
Design and manufacture of a helium gas recovery machine for piping assemblies in refrigeration systems after helium leak testing.
Since the cost of helium testing is relatively high, and yet helium testing offers high reliability, recovering and reusing uncontaminated helium gas can significantly reduce production costs in industrial applications.
The system is designed to extract helium gas using a high-pressure pump, transfer it into a storage tank, and then supply it back to the HE-Charge machine for reuse.
PRE - VACUUM MACHINE
Design and manufacture of a vacuum machine for testing coil assemblies in refrigeration systems.
The machine is designed according to user requirements to check for leaks and blockages in the coil assembly and to create a vacuum within the piping system, preparing it for the next stage of the units testing process.
R410A RECOVERY MACHINE
Design and manufacture of an R410a refrigerant recovery/charging machine that recovers refrigerant from a test weighing tank and returns it to charge the unit before each work stage or after breaks.
The manufacturer must confirm/check that the R410a Charge M/C accurately charges the refrigerant in the quantity shown on the display. This is verified by charging into a bomb (weighing tank) and weighing it to compare the actual mass against the amount reported by the charging machine.
PMV FLOW TEST MACHINE
Design and construct a flow inspection and blockage-checking machine for the FS unit and shut-off valve, using nitrogen (N) after the He chamber and performance test processes.
WHIP TEST MACHINE
Design and build a cable testing machine, including quality improvements and fixes to the users existing tester. In addition to building the new machine, the user determined that the existing tester already addresses their needs and resolves past issues, so they sent the old unit for refurbishment to bring its performance in line with the newly designed machine.
This tester evaluates the durability of cables by centrifugal spinning at 800 RPM while simultaneously applying pressure.
COIL BENDING MACHINE
Design and manufacture a coil-bending machine for the air-conditioner manufacturing industry. The machine bends coil assemblies to the sizes and models for each air-conditioner series. Users can select bending programs on the machine or add new model programs as required, and can make simple adjustments via the GOT (graphical operator terminal) touchscreen.
ULTRASONIC WASHING MACHINE
Design and manufacture an ultrasonic copper-tube cleaning machine. This machine generates ultrasonic waves and repeated microbubbles (cavitation) that implode at a very small scale, producing localized high temperatures and pressures. Used together with a specialized cleaning solution, it creates a powerful rinsing/scrubbing action that thoroughly cleans and reaches every nook and cranny.
COOLER CUTTING MACHINE
Design and manufacture a coil cutting/dividing machine for the air-conditioner manufacturing industry.
After the copper tubing is assembled with the fins and the pipe ends are flared, a large coil assembly is produced and must be cut/divided into model-specific sizes.
CONVEYOR
Design and manufacture of material handling and transfer equipment for industrial use, designed to accommodate the users various requirements and match the characteristics of the work.
We have built three groups of conveyors:
Belt Conveyor conveys workpieces using a belt; the type of belt is selected to suit the specific product.
Drive-Roller Conveyor conveys workpieces with driven rollers through multiple units continuously; a PLC is used for control logic and to coordinate processing between units.
Free-Roller Conveyor transfers material using rollers that are not motor-driven (gravity or manual-fed).
HOT MELT MACHINE
Design and manufacture a hot-melt adhesive dispensing machine for indoor unit coils of wall-mounted air conditioners. Because the coil design for indoor units has gaps between adjacent coil segments that reduce heat-exchange efficiency, the machine is designed and built to apply adhesive that seals those gaps.
OIL LUBRICATING SYSTEM MACHINE
Design and manufacture an oil lubrication system to supply lubricating oil to the Fin-press machine, reducing friction between moving/contacting surfaces, improving heat dissipation, and removing dust particles adhered to the fin plates. The equipment is PLC-controlled to manage and coordinate its operation.
INDUCTION MACHINE
Design and manufacture an induction coil welding machine for welding copper tubing assemblies in the refrigeration equipment manufacturing industry.
R32 RECOVERY MACHINE
Design and manufacture an R32 refrigerant recovery and charging machine that recovers R32 refrigerant from a test weighing tank and returns it to charge the unit before each work stage or after breaks. The manufacturer must confirm/check that the R32 Charge M/C accurately charges the refrigerant in the quantity shown on the display by charging into a weighing bomb (weighing tank) and then weighing it to compare the actual mass with the amount reported by the charging machine.
The machine is equipped with temperature sensors and refrigerant leak detectors, since R32 is flammable but more environmentally friendly than previous refrigerants.
SCREEN MACHINE
Design and manufacture a logo-pressing/embossing machine for applying a brand logo onto the front panel surface of products.
The machine is intended to reliably mark or emboss the products front panel with the brand logo, suitable for different panel materials and finishes.
